We are a Central California mutual water company serving customers in Tower Park
Village and Tower Park Marina. This community and recreation area is located 5
miles West of I-5 on Hwy 12, between Rio Vista on the West and Lodi on the East.

For over twenty-five (25) years we have served our local community with
State approved, treated water that is second to none in our local area for
safety, good taste and reliable availability. We strive to continue our good
record of community service and are looking to expand our radius of
